ALWAYS ON VIEW

XR Women Museum is cultivating a continuous Community Garden—an evolving XR ecosystem that exists beyond any single exhibition.

It is a living environment where artists contribute experimental assets, forms, and spatial ideas that grow within a shared digital ecology over time.

Contributions may include:

  • 3D and XR-ready objects

  • animated or interactive “pollinators”

  • botanical or spatial fragments

  • conceptual world-building elements

The Community Garden is not a submission pool for selection—it is a living relational system that continuously evolves within the museum.

CURRENT EXHIBITION

Garden: In Full Bloom

Garden: In Full Bloom is the third major exhibition from the XR Women Museum—and its most joyous. Building on the themes of transformation, agency, and creative becoming explored in previous exhibitions, Garden: In Full Bloom invites artists to plant, tend, and harvest within a shared immersive ecosystem. This is not an exhibition about gardens. It is a garden: a collective world shaped by more than twenty artists whose works bloom, root, seed, and unfurl across a vibrant landscape of digital creativity. Opening at the height of summer, the exhibition celebrates abundance, connection, and the power of collective growth while asking a simple question: What have you cultivated, and what are you ready to offer?

COSMOS: A Worlding Event (Winter Cycle)

COSMOS is a multi-month XR worlding event where selected artists create immersive worlds that explore scale—from micro to macro, oceanic to cosmic, and known to unknown systems.

Each artist develops a living world that evolves over time and is encountered four times across the winter season, allowing audiences to witness its transformation through emergence, expansion, entanglement, and transmission.

COSMOS reframes artistic practice as continuous world-building across time, space, and relational systems. These are not finished works, but worlds in motion.

Vibrancy as Praxis
On view through July 2026

Vibrancy as Praxis brings together fifteen artists from four continents working across XR, virtual worlds, video, sculpture, sound, and experimental digital media. The exhibition explores vibrancy not simply as an aesthetic, but as a practice of presence, resilience, connection, and worldbuilding.
